Principal Biography. Donald Brennan is a 25-year real estate veteran with experience as a manager, owner, developer, investor, broker, appraiser and architect.
Before starting Brennan Real Estate, Brennan participated in the acquisition, development, management and leasing efforts of a $1.2 billion commercial real estate portfolio for Deutsche Bank/RREEF. The portfolio contained properties more than 2 million square feet. Overall, Brennan has been involved with over $2.9 billion of real estate investment, management, development, and sales in his career to date.
Principal Biography. Kyle Gregory is a 12-year real estate veteran with experience as a manager, developer, and owner.
Kyle is a third generation real estate professional with a Master of Arts in Economics and more than a decade of real estate management, development, and sales experience. Kyle’s principal focus is on strategic planning and business operations. Before joining Brennan Real Estate, Kyle worked as a business manager for an architectural firm and as a portfolio operations director for a private equity firm.
