Are you a Social Media Strategist?
We are now seeking a talented Social Media Strategist/Marketing Coordinator with knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, Social Media platforms, and SEO. Ideal candidate is an innovative self-starter with a proven understanding of effective social media strategies. Knowledge of local real estate is a plus, but not mandatory. This person will also be capable and experienced with all aspects of social media marketing, including but not limited to Facebook, Facebook Advertising, Instagram, Twitter, email marketing, and other platforms. This is a paid part-time position.
Responsibilities:
• Develop the company’s social media strategy in collaboration with the Executive Coordinator and the firm’s Principal
• Gather and organize content to be dispersed through social media communities on platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and any new/emerging social media platforms on a need basis
• Monitor and participate in social conversations on behalf of the company to increase engagement
• Develop and execute seasonal/ad hoc social media strategies
• Monitoring and reporting on new social and digital platforms as they arise
• Curate relevant content, including blog posts, to share with our client base
• Draft responses for any engagement on social media platforms, monitor, listen and respond to users in a “social” way
• Management of the active social media campaigns and strategies
• Monitor community feedback in real-time and assist with prospective client engagement
• Edit and manage existing and new marketing materials and listing campaigns
• Develop & drive SEO strategy with a focus on increasing keyword ranking, prioritization & new traffic opportunities
Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree in public relations, advertising, marketing, communications, and/or other related field
• 2+ years of professional experience in social media management and cultivation
• Relevant knowledge of up-to-date SEO practices
• >Deep knowledge of social media technologies, platforms and services
• Self-starter with desire to innovate and develop creative concepts with out-of-the-box thinking
• A working knowledge of social media strategies and research campaigns focusing on strong engagement with our diverse audiences
• Basic proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suites including Photoshop, InDesign and other pertinent digital graphics programs a plus
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Ability to instruct team on social media best practices
