Behind the scenes at every thriving business are people keeping the wheels and motors greased, tuned up, aligned and turning smoothly. At Brennan, Jolanta Onufruk is one of these crucial elements. As the Accounting & Finance Manager, she brings a hard-working mindset to Brennan — keeping the Brooklyn brokerage and developer’s accounts, expenses, payables and receivables all flowing accurately, as well as helping organize the firm’s other office functions.

Jolanta studied business and economics in southern Poland’s Silesia Province, at the School of Management, where she graduated with a major in Management and Marketing, and a concentration in Accounting and Information Technology, while also learning English and French. A decade ago, Jolanta moved to the United States, settling in Middle Village, Queens, and is now raising her two daughters in the leafy, calm, family-oriented neighborhood. She relearned her profession in English upon arrival, and earned her bookkeeping certificate at Baruch College.
