Real Estate Salesperson (Full-time)

Brennan Marketing & Sales, a boutique residential real estate brokerage based in Brooklyn, New York, has established itself as a trustworthy and knowledgeable leader in new development marketing, resales and rentals.  As a Brennan real estate salesperson you must not be afraid to rise above your competitors.  You can do so if you deliver advice and service that is of the highest quality and value to your clients. We will fully support and train you in this endeavor if you commit to building your own book of business.   You can do so by leveraging all that we have to offer. 

 º Mentoring through the firm’s principals and senior sales team.

 º Participating on active deals the moment you walk in the door.

 º Not being encumbered with any fees – no desk fees, no licensing fees, no marketing fees.

 º Your own desk and computer with all necessary and relevant software to carryout your job.

Familiarity with brownstone neighborhoods such as Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens, Gowanus, Boerum Hill, Park Slope, Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Prospect Heights, Bedford-Stuyvesant, etc preferred. Excellent communications skills and ability to work independently required. Candidate must possess a New York State real estate salesperson license.

Marketing Assistant, Web Video (Part-time)

Part-time marketing assistant needed to create, edit and upload Web videos. Knowledge and skills in Web video programs required. College students ok.

Digital Marketing/PR Manager (Part-Time)

This part-time position (approx. 3 days/week) is responsible for promoting the company, its brand, and its principal, primarily through digital media.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop ideas and write content for blogs, web sites, email campaigns, e-newsletters, videos, press submissions and brochures.
• Maintain and manage presence on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, etc.)
• Upload content to web site and blog using WordPress
• Supervise the production of web videos
• Supervise design and production of online and print materials
• Develop marketing plans and social media strategy
• Organize, manage and promote special events
• Develop online ads including Google PPC campaigns
• Monitor web, blog and ad campaigns with Google analytics
• Write and distribute press materials
• Monitor and track company’s media exposure

Qualifications:

• Knowledge and professional experience in the above
• Ability to juggle numerous projects and meet deadlines
• Strong writing skills and accuracy.
